To inaugurate Shanghai’s Mixc World as a new commercial landmark, ARR invited the renowned German art collective Inges Idee to create two monumental outdoor installations: “Up We Go!” and “Family Orchestra.” By blending the whimsical imagery of a young boy and elephants with the site's architecture, the work turns a shopping destination into an imaginative landscape.

To celebrate the grand opening of Mixc World in Shenzhen, ARR collaborated with the property to present the “SPREAD the HOPE” project. We curated the Bubblecoat Elephant, a giant permanent public art installation by Dutch conceptual artist Florentijn Hofman, marking our second collaboration following the success of Rubber Duck Tour in Hong Kong.

Featuring the world's longest water-spraying trunk (approx. 24 meters), the elephant invites the public to let go of daily routines and play, effectively turning the heart of the city into a massive urban playground.

The project generated massive engagement, with over 50 million views, 150,000 comments, and 2 million likes across social platforms. Extending from the art installation, a soft replica of the “Bubblecoat Elephant” was endorsed by celebrities to support the Orbis China programme.
